You don't need a redesign. You need a diagnosis.
Most designers open Figma before understanding the problem. I audit your product first. You get a real diagnosis — no pitch attached. If my thinking resonates, we go further.

The cost of bad UX
You're already paying for broken UX. Every day.
Every user who churns, every support ticket from a confused customer, every activation that doesn’t happen — that’s your current UX bill. The question isn’t whether you can afford to fix it.
01
Users drop off before activation
They sign up, explore for 3 minutes, and disappear. Not because your product isn’t good — because the first session fails to show them why it is.
02
Features ship but conversion doesn't move
Your team is building constantly. But the metrics are stuck. That’s usually a signal you’re fixing symptoms, not the actual friction point.
03
No one can agree on what to fix next
Engineering wants data. Product has opinions. Design has mockups. What’s missing is a shared diagnosis — someone who observed real users and can say: here’s what’s actually broken.
how i work
Audit first. Fix what's actually broken.
Every engagement starts with the audit — because I’d rather show you the quality of my thinking than describe it.
step 1
Free UX Audit
You fill out a short form. I review your product — no call needed yet. Within 5 business days you get a written report + Loom walkthrough showing exactly where users are losing trust, and why.
FREE · 5 business days
step 2
Diagnosis Call (optional)
If the audit resonates, we schedule a 20-minute call to align on priorities and scope. No sales pitch — just a conversation about what we found and what makes sense to fix first.
20 min · no commitment
step 3
UX Sprint
We define the scope, agree on deliverables, and I start. Most projects are 10 days. You get research, wireframes, prototypes, and handoff-ready Figma files your engineers can build from immediately.
from $2,400 · 10 days
step 4
Ongoing support (optional)
Many clients keep me on a monthly retainer after the first engagement. It’s the most cost-effective way to maintain UX momentum without hiring full-time.
$2,400/mo retainer available

about
I've been doing this for 6 years. I still watch users struggle with products on purpose.
I’m Jorge Rivera, a UX consultant based in Medellín, Colombia. I work with B2B SaaS and Fintech teams who build products that handle real money, real workflows, and real consequences.
Most tools generate interfaces. I watch people use them. For 6+ years I’ve sat with users, found where they hesitate, and translated that complexity into flows anyone can complete. Before I redesign anything, I observe. That’s why the audit comes first — always.

Common questions
Why is the audit free?
Trust is earned through evidence, not promises. The audit is your zero-risk way to see how I think. You’ll get a real diagnosis — no sales pitch attached. If my thinking resonates, we go further. If it doesn’t, you still walk away with actionable insight.
How many clients do you work with at once?
I work with 3–5 companies at a time. This is intentional — it means you get real attention, not a production line. When my calendar fills, I close the audit form until the next opening.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
My best-fit clients are B2B SaaS and Fintech companies that have product-market fit and are scaling. Series A–B is the sweet spot. If you’re pre-product or pre-revenue, a UX sprint might not be the right investment yet.
What if we don’t move forward after the audit?
You keep the audit. It’s yours — a real analysis you can act on with any designer or your own team. There’s no obligation, no follow-up pressure, and no catch.
How does the retainer work?
The retainer is 20 hours/month of dedicated UX work — sprints, new features, research, QA reviews, whatever is highest priority that month. Minimum 3-month commitment, 30 days notice to cancel. Most clients start with a Sprint and convert to retainer after seeing the work.
Where are you based? Do you work in our timezone?
I’m based in Medellín, Colombia (EST –1). I work with teams in the US, Europe, and Canada. Async-first, with overlap calls scheduled in the morning US time.
Ready to find out what's costing you users?
Fill out the form. I’ll review your product and get back to you within 48 hours to schedule the audit session. No pitch call. No sales deck. Just an honest look at your UX.
